Bijoy text is really English letters and symbols that the SutonnyMJ font draws as Bangla. Facebook, phones and email do not use that font, so they show the letters underneath. Unicode Bangla is made of real Bangla characters, so it shows correctly without any special font. Convert the text here first, then post it.

Yes. Over the years Bijoy has used more than one code for a few letters, such as ক্ষ and ল্ল, and text from newer versions uses codes that older converters misread. Both kinds are read here, so you do not need to know which version your text came from.
