Can I edit a worksheet I only have on paper?
Yes. Scan it with your phone or upload a scan, and KovaPDF reads the text. Then open it in the PDF editor and change words, dates and questions right where they are.
Do students need an account?
No. Every tool works without signing up. The free plan has limits, so a teacher who uses it every day may want a plan. Only sending a document to others with Request Signatures needs an account.
Do parents need to install anything to fill in a form?
No. It's a normal fillable PDF. It opens in common PDF apps on phones and computers, and they fill it in and sign there.
Which languages does it work in?
The site is in 27 languages. Scans are read in nine, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese. Translate PDF works in Chrome and Edge and covers many more.
How can a whole school use it?
A Team plan gives every teacher in a department Pro on one bill, with team chat and support requests. For a whole school or a group of schools, Business adds departments, required two-step sign-in, and payment by bank transfer or purchase order. Ask us for a quote.
What happens to student work I upload?
It's sent over an encrypted connection, processed and then deleted. Some tools, like Merge and Split, work only in your browser and never upload the file.
