Everything PNG to PDF can do

Turn screenshots and PNG images into one PDF, a picture per page, in the order you set. Free, online.

Your pictures, your order

  • JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos, one per page
  • Drag a picture to a new place, or move it with the arrows
  • Add more pictures to the set at any point
  • Take a picture back out of the set
  • Each one shown as a thumbnail, numbered in page order

Page setup

  • A4, A3, A5 or Letter pages
  • Match the image: each page the shape of its picture, inside an even margin
  • Portrait or landscape
  • No margin, a small one or a wide one around each picture

How each picture sits

  • Fit the whole image, keeping its proportions inside an even margin
  • Fill the page, trimming the edges instead of stretching the picture
  • Every picture centred on its own page

The finished document

  • One PDF holding every picture, in the order you set
  • Or one PDF per picture, together in a ZIP
  • Each image embedded at its own resolution
  • The result screen names the page size and orientation you chose
  • A single PDF to download, ready to share
  • Built in your browser, so your pictures are never uploaded; only HEIC photos are converted on our server

How it works

PNG to PDF in three steps

Add your PNGs

Choose up to 30 screenshots or images at once. JPG and WebP can go in too.

Set the order and page

Drag them into the order you want, then pick A4, Letter, A3, A5, or Match the image for the shape of the image.

Download one PDF

Every image lands on its own page. The PDF is made on your device, so your images are never uploaded. Only HEIC photos are sent to our server to be converted.

Frequently asked questions about PNG to PDF

How do I combine several screenshots into one PDF?

Add them all at once, up to 30 in one go. Each screenshot becomes one page, in the order you set, and you download a single PDF.

Will text in my screenshots stay sharp?

Yes. A PNG goes into the PDF exactly as it is, pixel for pixel, so small text and thin lines look the same as in the image. Match the image makes each page the shape of the screenshot, with no margin, a small one or a wide one.

Will the PDF be smaller than my PNGs?

About the same. Nothing is recompressed, so the PDF is roughly the size of the images together. If it needs to be smaller, run it through Compress PDF afterwards.

Can I mix PNG and JPG files?

Yes. PNG, JPG and WebP can all go into the same PDF, in whatever order you set.

What happens to my file?

It stays on your device. Your browser builds the PDF and makes the download, so your pictures are never uploaded. The one exception is iPhone HEIC photos, which most browsers cannot open: a set that includes one is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, converted there, and deleted as soon as the PDF is built.

Can I select or search the text in the PDF?

Not straight away: a screenshot is a picture of text. Run the PDF through OCR PDF and the words become text you can select, copy and search.

Is it free?

Yes. Every tool works without paying and without an account. Files can be up to 200 pages and 80 MB, and a run that fails costs you nothing.

Do I need to create an account?

No. All tools work without signing in. An account raises your hourly allowance and lets you see what you have processed.
