How it works
JPG to PDF Under 100 KB in three steps
Add your JPGs
Up to 30 photos or scans, in the order you want. PNG and WebP work too.
100 KB is already chosen
Size limit is set to 100 KB. Choose 200 KB or 500 KB if your form allows it, or A PDF for each picture to keep each one under the limit.

The result says the PDF's size, or how close it got if the pictures could not fit.
How many photos fit each limit
Openly licensed 1280-pixel photos turned into one PDF on this page at each size limit, A4 pages with a small margin. Measured on October 21, 2026.
| Photos in the PDF | No limit | Under 100 KB | Under 200 KB | Under 500 KB |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 photo | 411 KB | 88 KB, 1000 px wide | 133 KB, 1200 px | 411 KB, unchanged |
| 2 photos | 732 KB | 82 KB, 700 px | 179 KB, 1000 px | 394 KB, 1280 px |
| 3 photos | 893 KB | 65 KB, 560 px | 156 KB, 850 px | 477 KB, 1280 px |
| 6 photos | 1.2 MB | 89 KB, 560 px | 139 KB, 700 px | 430 KB, 1200 px |
“px wide” is the width each photo was given inside the PDF. 1000 pixels across an A4 page looks sharp on a screen; 560 pixels looks soft when zoomed in but is fine for a form that only needs the picture to be recognizable.
Every limit was met in these tests. A size limit the photos cannot reach is reported as such, with the smallest size made, and A PDF for each picture is then the way to keep each one under the limit.

Frequently asked questions about JPG to PDF Under 100 KB
How do I convert a JPG to a PDF under 100 KB?
Add the JPG here; Size limit is already 100 KB. The PDF is made in your browser and, if it comes out bigger, the picture is made smaller step by step until it fits. The result shows the final size.
How many photos fit in 100 KB?
In our test, all of them did, but the pictures shrink as you add more: one photo stayed 1000 pixels wide, two went to 700, and three or six to 560. If the form allows 200 KB, three photos keep 850 pixels.
Is there a 200 KB option?
Yes. Choose 200 KB or 500 KB under Size limit. It is the same page and the same tool.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The PDF is built in your browser. Only iPhone HEIC photos are sent to our server to be converted, and the size limit does not apply to those; Compress PDF can shrink the result.
Will the page size change?
No. The page stays A4, Letter or whatever you chose. Only the picture inside gets fewer pixels.
