How it works

JPG to PDF Under 200 KB in three steps

Add the photos

One photo per page or per side, in the order the form wants. PNG and WebP work too.

200 KB is already chosen

Size limit is set to 200 KB. If the form has a box for each page, choose A PDF for each picture so every file stays under 200 KB.

Check, then download

The result gives the PDF's size, or how close it came if the photos could not fit.

Photos of document pages, one PDF under 200 KB

Photographed A4 pages, 2517 × 3536 pixels and 1.3 to 1.8 MB each, made into one PDF on this page in headless Chrome, A4 pages with a small margin. Measured on October 31, 2026.

Pages photographedNo limitUnder 200 KBPicture width in the PDFHow it reads

2 pages3.13 MB149 KB854 pxClear on screen
3 pages4.92 MB158 KB712 pxReadable; small print soft
5 pages7.85 MB184 KB605 pxReadable on screen; zoom for small print

Every PDF stayed under 200,000 bytes, so it also passes a form that counts 1,024 bytes to the KB.

Without a limit, the photos go into the PDF exactly as they are, which is why the No limit column is the size of the photos together.

Frequently asked questions about JPG to PDF Under 200 KB

How do I turn JPG photos into one PDF under 200 KB?

Add the photos here in order; Size limit is already 200 KB. The PDF is built in your browser, and if it comes out bigger, the photos are given fewer pixels step by step until it fits. The result shows the final size.

How many document photos fit in 200 KB?

In our test, five. Five photographed A4 pages, 7.8 MB as they came from the camera, made one PDF of 184 KB, each page 605 pixels wide: the text reads on screen, small print is soft. One page kept 1139 pixels at 121 KB, two kept 854 at 149 KB, three kept 712 at 158 KB.

Why is a phone photo of one page so big?

A camera saves every page at full resolution, about 2500 × 3500 pixels in our test, so one page photo was 1.3 to 1.8 MB. A form shows a page at a fraction of that. Under the 200 KB limit the tool gives each photo only the pixels that fit, starting from the largest.

Can I keep each page as its own file under 200 KB?

Yes. Choose A PDF for each picture. Each photo becomes its own PDF, each one kept under 200 KB, and they download together in a ZIP.

What if the PDF cannot get under 200 KB?

The result says so and gives the smallest size it made, rather than a file that breaks the limit. Use fewer photos, or a PDF for each picture. iPhone HEIC photos are converted on our server and the size limit does not apply to them; Compress PDF can shrink that PDF afterwards.
