How it works
Teletalk photo size in three steps
Choose Photo or Signature
Both Teletalk sizes are set. Pick the one you are making, then add the picture from your phone or computer.
Check the preview
The preview shows the exact pixels and KB with a tick for every rule. Every box can still be changed.
Download and upload to the form
The file is made on your device and never sent to KovaPDF. Upload it to the official form.
What else the Teletalk form checks
- The photo must be in colour. Black and white or greyscale photos are refused.
- The portal checks that there is a face in the photo. No cap, no dark glasses.
- Sign in black ink on plain white paper, then photograph or scan it.
- The same sizes are used by most government job forms on Teletalk, and by BCS, NTRCA and the MBBS/BDS admission form.
Teletalk photo size: questions
What is the Teletalk photo size?
300 × 300 pixels and no more than 100 KB, as a colour JPG. The signature is 300 × 80 pixels and no more than 60 KB. Both sizes are already set on this page.
How do I resize a photo to 300 × 300 and 100 KB on my phone?
Open this page on your phone, keep Photo selected and add the picture from your gallery or camera. The size is already set, so you only check the preview and download. Nothing is uploaded: the resizing happens on your phone.
How do I make my signature 300 × 80 pixels?
Sign on white paper with a black pen and take a photo of it. Choose Signature on this page and add that photo. The tool cleans the paper to white, fits the signature into 300 × 80 and keeps the file under 60 KB.
Why does the portal still say my photo is wrong?
The Teletalk portal checks more than the size. A black and white or greyscale photo is refused, and so is a picture where it cannot find a face. Use a recent colour photo of your face, with no cap or dark glasses, then make it 300 × 300 pixels and 100 KB or less here.
Is a file of 99 KB safe if the limit is 100 KB?
Yes. The tool keeps the file under 100,000 bytes, so it passes whether the portal counts a kilobyte as 1,000 or 1,024 bytes. The exact size is shown before you download.
Do BCS and NTRCA use the same size?
Yes, in their latest circulars: photo 300 × 300 up to 100 KB, signature 300 × 80 up to 60 KB. Always check the circular for your own job, because a single form can ask for something different.
