What else the SBI PO and Clerk form checks
- A live photo is also taken with your webcam or phone during registration; that one is not uploaded from here.
- No cap, hat or dark glasses. Religious headwear is fine if the face is clear.
- Sign on white paper in black ink, in your normal handwriting, not in capitals.
- Thumb impression: left thumb, black or blue ink, on white paper. The declaration is written by hand in English, in black ink.
- The SBI declaration text is not the same as the IBPS one: it adds your date of birth. Copy it from your own advert.

What is the SBI PO photo size?
200 × 230 pixels preferred, 20 KB to 50 KB, colour, light background. The Clerk (Junior Associate) advert uses the same sizes.
Which four files does the form ask for?
A photo, a signature, a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration, each with its own size. Pick each one above in turn: the size changes with it.
Is the SBI declaration the same as IBPS?
The size is the same, 800 × 400 pixels and 50 to 100 KB, but the words are different. Write the SBI text from your advert, by hand, in English.
