GATE photo size: questions
What is the GATE photo size in pixels?
Anything from 200 × 260 to 530 × 690 pixels, with width divided by height between 0.66 and 0.89, and 5 to 600 KB. A 3.5 × 4.5 cm passport photo fits. This page makes 413 × 531.
What is the GATE signature size?
250 × 80 to 580 × 180 pixels, 2.75 to 3.75 times as wide as it is high, and 3 to 300 KB. This page makes 450 × 150, exactly three times as wide.
Why does GATE refuse my signature?
Often because it is in capitals, only initials, on a dark background, or too small in its picture. Sign normally in black or dark blue on white paper, close to the edges of the photo you take.
